Carrie Underwood, along with her hilarious CMA Awards co-hosting partner, Brad Paisley, appeared on The View on Monday to talk about their upcoming duties for country’s biggest night, but the conversation quickly shifted to Underwood’s cute little baby bump.
The 31-year-old seemed more than thrilled to talk about her impending arrival, and even opened up about first-time motherhood fears. “Just being responsible for a tiny human… That’s the hardest part,” Underwood admitted.
Thankfully, the singer has her mother to lean on when things get challenging. Last month, while the country star was on the Today Show she sang her mother’s praises. “I have a wonderful mother, so if I can be even a little bit like that, I think we’ll be good,” she said.
The Grammy winner even talked about the baby’s arrival date. “I’m due in the spring!” Underwood enthusiastically announced.
This will be the first child for Underwood and her husband, Mike Fisher, 34.
