Meal planning and prepping takes work, there’s no doubt about it, and for busy moms trying to juggle life we welcome advice to make things easier. We elicited suggestions from ABC’s Food for Thought host, Claire Thomas, to help alleviate the food burdens that many moms tackle. She’s no stranger to multi-tasking as the talented mom, of her adorable son James, is also a self-taught chef, commercial director, food photographer and writer.
