Teresa Giudice is the second-highest paid star of the The Real Housewives franchise, but she’s also a mother to four daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5, who is only one month away from going to prison.

On March 4th, 2014, the 42-year-old and her husband, Joe, entered a guilty plea to 41 counts of fraud, following a deal struck with federal prosecutors. The couple are accused of engaging in bank, mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, which allegedly saw them net over $5 million over a 10-year period.

The couple will serve their sentences separately, so one parent may be allowed to stay with their children. Teresa will begin hers first, which is set to begin on January 5th, 2015. She was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison, while her husband received a 41-month term, followed by potential deportation to Italy. Together, the couple must also pay $414,000 in restitution.
