Kids have all types of fears and usually need the assistance of a responsible adult to help them navigate those, sometimes scary, times. One of those child phobias is fear of water. - Take a shower or bath with them
- Go swimming weekly
- Let them play with water in a sink or play table
- Let them play in the bath with their swimming clothes on
- Wash their hair with a small cup first
