Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally tied the knot after nine years and six kids together, and we’re glad to hear that the high-profile pair keep the romance going. So, just how do the newlyweds make their relationship special with so many little kids running around the house, six to be exact: Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, Pax and twins Knox and Vivienne?
“They are genuinely in love and happy and very, very romantic with each other, all these years after they first got together,” a close source to the couple tells E! News exclusively. “They still go on date nights and write love letters and even go on naughty weekends away with just the two of them.”
And even when the lovebirds are away from each other for long periods of time they still manage to keep the love affair strong.
“Brad even has one of Angie’s love letters, which is inscribed in tiny writing in a gold pendant he wears around his neck,” the source says, “and he hasn’t taken that off since the day she gave the pendant to him as a present over seven years ago. That’s how sweet they are with each other.”
The couple’s relationship sounds very special, and while we can never predict how long a celebrity marriage will last, we can agree that the Jolie-Pitt’s future looks promising, and we’re rooting for the newlyweds.
