It’s time for dessert! And, our favorite foodie, Jessica Seinfeld, shared a delicious, healthy and easy-to-make treat that’ll be a hit with dairy and non-dairy eaters in every household.
Check out the simple recipe below, and let us know if you try it!
Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Directions:
Slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds and put into a resealable plastic bag. Freeze the bananas for at least an hour or overnight.
Place the frozen bananas, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a food processor and let sit 3 or 4 minutes. Then puree until creamy and smooth. If you like a frozen yogurt consistency, then serve it up. Or, if you like a firmer ice cream experience, spoon it into a container and freeze for about an hour.
