Pop diva, Britney Spears proudly showed off her January/February cover of Women’s Health on her Twitter page and the mom of two talked about everything from exercise, staying healthy and bouncing back after she had her second child. “After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape,” the star revealed.
“But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise,” the singer tells the Mag, according to E! News.
The 33-year-old may be genetically gifted but she still works hard for that fab body of hers. “Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically… I don’t mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn’t have a problem being motivated.”
For cardio Spears enjoys dancing, Totally Drenched classes and swimming laps for half-hour intervals. She also stays toned by doing light weights, cardio and power yoga, all of this by way of a personal trainer.
And for those people who think the southern girl is still indulging in fast-food and cheetos, think again. It was revealed that the fit mom prefers snacks that are light and energy-boosting such as Nut Thins and “any kind of fruit.” The singer also treats herself to sushi and sweet tea.
