Gisele Bündchen posts the yummiest food photos, and we just can’t get enough! This time she’s showing off a delicious snack, filled with antioxidants. It’s hard to imagine, but this fruit plate is as beautiful as she is!

One thing’s for certain, the model mommy is proving that she keeps that fabulous figure by eating healthy!

Gisele Bündchen’s Antioxidant-Filled Fruit Plate & Benefits:

Strawberries – High in fiber; contains potassium, vitamin K and magnesium, which are important for bone health.

Raspberries – Delays the aging process and slows cancer growth; also fights inflammatory conditions such as arthritis.

Blueberries – This is another high-fiber food. It also has the ability to dissolve the ‘bad cholesterol’ which helps cure many heart diseases.

Kiwis –  1 cup of kiwi contains over 270% of the recommended dietary allowance for vitamin C, which helps prevent disease.  It’s also essential for the formation and repair of tissue, in particular, cartilage, blood vessels, tendons and skin.

Blackberries – This dark fruit helps keep the skin looking young. It can also be used to regulate menstruation as it is very effective in helping blood to clot.
