The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, and Mauricio Umansky took a family trip to Italy recently. Their daughter Sophia, posted an Instagram snap of the group enjoying the village of Positano, a popular tourist destination on the Amalfi Coast (Province of Salerno), in Campania, Italy. Positano is known for numerous activities like sightseeing, hiking, shopping, and going to beautiful beaches.

2. Heather Dubrow

If you’re planning a trip to Italy then another reality star, The Real Housewives of Orange Country cast member, Heather Dubrow, posted about her Italian family vacation. On her Instagram page, she shared a pic of her family riding a gondola in Venice. “We Came, We Saw, We Gondola’d !! ❤️ How it’s been two weeks since we got back from our Final Four trip… IDK !!” Gondolas were the main means of transportation in Venice centuries ago. Today, the flat-bottomed, wooden, boat carries tourists all over the city.

3. Alyssa Milano

Actress Alyssa Milano posted a series of family pics from her family vacation on her Facebook page. She too visited Venice. Milano took a gondola ride, then posted a short video on her Tik Tok tagging Venice as she enjoyed the view. The gondolas along the busy Grand Canal and the smaller waterways of Venice are one of the most iconic images in the world. As mentioned previously, it’s a favorite tourist attraction.

4. Zooey Deschanel

Zooey Deschanel also posted a pic from vacationing in Italy. She shared a view overlooking the Grand Canal from her balcony at the famous St. Regis Venice, a 5-star hotel in the heart of Venice. The Grand Canal is a channel in Venice, Italy that forms one of the major water-traffic corridors in the city. The banks of the Grand Canal are lined with more than 170 buildings, and most are dated from the 13th to the 18th century.

5. Gwyneth Paltrow

Actress and Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow posted snaps from her Italian family vacation in 2022. During that time, her two kids and husband also seemed to enjoy the travel adventure. In the snaps she tagged Reschio Estate, a thousand-year-old castle reimagined and restored into a luxury Italian hotel that caters to celebrities and dignitaries. It’s located amidst the rolling green hills of Umbria. There are many things to do in Umbria like taking historical tours, culinary tours, photography tours, horseback riding, and cooking classes.

6. Chrissy Teigan

In 2022, Chrissy Teigan posted a series a pictures on her Instagram about her vacation to Italy. She stood in front of Hotel Centrale, last noted as a four-star property built in 1906; a turn-of-the-century villa located in the picturesque setting of Cernobbio on Lake Como. Lake Como, the third largest Italian lake, is located in Northern Italy’s Lombardy region, an upscale resort area set against the foothills of the Alps. A year later, the model went back to Lake Como for a vow renewal ceremony to celebrate her 10-year wedding anniversary to musician John Legend. If visiting Lake Como you can enjoy things like guided tours, boat rides, hikes and walks.

7. Victoria Beckham

In 2019, David and Victoria Beckham, along with their four kids, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, took a trip to Italy. Victoria posted a bike riding snap from their time there. The designer captioned, “Happy summer!!! X kisses from Puglia 🇮🇹 xxx VB…” Puglia is a southern region forming the heel of Italy’s “boot,” and is known for its whitewashed hill towns, centuries-old farmland and hundreds of kilometers of Mediterranean coastline. There are fun things to do in Puglia like venturing on animal wildlife tours, visiting beautiful beaches, enjoying amusement parks, or taking scenic excursions.

8 Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian posted one word to her Instagram in 2018, “Portofino.” She was pictured with her daughter Penelope on a gorgeous yacht, then later she was snapped getting gelato with son Mason. The reality star was back in Portifino, with close friends and family, for her 2022 wedding to Travis Barker. Portofino is one of the most popular resort towns on the Italian Riviera. There are fun things to do like going to the beach and hiking. The town is clustered around its small harbour, and is known for the colorfully painted boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and cafes that line the shore.

Jada Pinkett Smith’s husband, Will Smith, did most of the posting, however, the celeb mom and her family, kids Jaden and Willow, along with stepson, Trey, enjoyed a beautiful trip to the coast of Italy in 2018. In the Smith Vacation YouTube video the family showcased plenty of adventures. Those ventures included Scuba diving in Lipari, a comune that includes six of seven islands of the Aeolian Islands (Lipari, Vulcano, Panarea, Stromboli, Filicudi and Alicudi) located off the northern coast of Sicily. Lipari is the largest in the chain of islands in a volcanic archipelago. They also went on a family hike on the small island of Vulcano.

She posted, “Visited Reggio Calabria, a city my husband lived in when he was about 8 years old…” Reggio Calabria is the largest city in Calabria (a region in southern Italy). It has an estimated population of nearly 200,000 and is the twenty-first most populous city in Italy, after Modena. Reggio Calabria is located in the exact center of the Mediterranean and is known for its climate, ethnic and cultural diversity.

Singer Ciara posted an Instagram recap video of her Italian adventure with husband Russell Wilson and kids in 2022. “Italy was Jumpin!” she captioned. The singer and family attended the star-studded Dolce & Gabbana fashion show in Sicily. As the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, Sicily is known for its charming cities and towns. It’s also celebrated for its breathtaking beaches and historical sites.

Jessica Alba shared a pic of her Italian family vacation in 2022 with her family. “…#tbt to late wakeups -late lunches and even later dinners … we ate 🍝and drank 🍷, rode bikes, 🤿,🚶🏽‍♀️, our way through Sicily, Florence and Rome. 🇮🇹…” she posted. Sicily is the largest and most populous island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of the 20 regions of Italy. Florence is the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and Rome is the capital city of Italy.
