Building a six-figure business on Facebook may seem daunting for the average content creator, but it’s entirely achievable. Successful content creator Heather Freeman offers valuable insight into how she built a six-figure business on Facebook with her brand, Coffee. Mom. Repeat. Inc., a dynamic social media platform boasting over 851,000 followers.
Heather got her start by “throwing spaghetti at the wall.” While working as an insurance agent, she knew she wanted the freedom to work for herself. She experimented in various areas, from starting an online children’s boutique on Facebook selling bubble necklaces to serving college students and eventually broadening her reach. After rebranding to focus on mothers, her target audience shifted to moms, solidifying her niche.

Heather’s breakthrough happened unexpectedly. “When I shared a viral video of a ridiculous ’80s facial exercise, I went from 4,000 to 100,000 followers seemingly overnight. Then I asked myself, ‘How do I capitalize on this?'” From there, she was introduced to affiliate marketing, starting with Amazon Affiliates. Her brand continued to grow on Facebook, where she primarily monetizes through other affiliate partnerships, such as Walmart, and brand sponsorships. Today, she’s earning over six figures from Facebook.
What advice would she give to other moms trying to decide which platform to create content on? Heather would encourage them to do their research, keep trying even when it feels discouraging, and reach out to other influencers for support and collaboration.
