Are Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott planning for another baby? The reality couple have been making headlines over the last several months and airing it all on their reality show, True Tori. Spelling even had to be hospitalized recently for bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, but she’s since been released. But, the primary focal point has been on McDermott’s marital infidelity, and the strain it’s caused on the duo’s relationship.

On the show, the couple fight after Tori asked Dean to get a vasectomy following his affair, and the 47-year-old actually agreed to the procedure, however when he spoke with E! News about the possibility of bringing more kids into the family he shared different thoughts.
“We’ve kind of joked about it, but obviously that was a serious conversation,” McDermott said, referring to the couple’s vasectomy debate. “Barring Tori’s health…the shop’s not closed, as crazy as that may sound. We love our kids, we make beautiful babies and we love a big family so not going to say no, not going to say yes.”
The pair have four children together, and McDermott also has a teenage son from his previous marriage to Mary Jo Eustace.
