Rachel Zoe is an expert on many subjects, high fashion being one of them. When it comes to looking good in photos we’ve all had our epic fails where we wished we could have done things a little differently before saying “cheese.” So, to prepare you for that next photo op, Zoe is offering a few tips to get you camera-ready.
Rachel Zoe suggests taking an extra five minutes to think about the things below:
- Blotting Papers – Use blotting papers or translucent face powder to apply lightly to the skin. Don’t neglect any body part that’s showing.
- Top Stick – Use fashion tape or real top stick to hold your clothes in place and prevent a wardrobe malfunction.
- Flyaways – Use a light hairspray or, if in a pinch, take a little body moisturizer and rub in your hands and throughout your mane to tame those flyaway hairs.
- Your Pose – Zoe says avoid looking like a cheerleader when you’re posing. She recommends a 3/4 pose with a nice hand on the hip.
