Gisele Bündchen may be the highest paid model in the world, but she’s also a mom of two young kids, who takes care of her health. We’re pretty sure part of her workout regimen includes running around chasing her 4-year-old son, Benjamin and his little sister, Vivian, 1, with New England Patriots quarterback, and hubby, Tom Brady, but the Brazilian beauty also credits her stellar bod to a balance of martial arts, yoga, and Pilates for her exercise routine, and portion-controlled foods for her diet.
She once told the Associated Press that her kids follow in her healthy diet. “My kids eat what I eat. The first [solid] food my son had was papaya and then avocado… he loves garlic because we eat a lot of garlic in our house. Even my little daughter, she will not eat anything unless there’s garlic.”
While true that the naturally slender mom is also genetically gifted those toned arms prove that the 34-year-old is definitely doing something right.
